THE ROCK FOUNDATION (TRF)

TRF is a university based student society, which serves as an outreach for the international non-denominational church House On The Rock headquarter in Lagos Nigeria and a branch here in London. We are building this foundation around people such as you and me. The TRF Londonmet. sole purpose is to create an atmosphere where people of different ethnic background can come together as one to share the same hope and vision, have fun and share common interests. Also TRF Londonmet. organises different activities both indoors and outdoors, reaching out to the deprived through our charity schemes and so on.

TRF MISSION STATEMENT

The Rock Foundation (TRF) exists to help, encourage & inspire students on campus -whether Christians or non students fulfil their destinies by finding out & experiencing the Finished Work of Jesus Christ. TRF is a part of House on The Rock International, a ministry committed to restoring hope and healing the hurting in our generation.

Aims

To help individual discover and fulfil their purpose in life and aid them in developing a greater consciousness of God. To reach out to all students in love with the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. to create an environment where the excellence of God is expressed freely. To create avenue for students to use their talents and gifts in glorifying God.

Objectives

Imparting the word. (activities, events) Impacting the world. (growth spiritually) Growing the members. (maturity) Growing the numbers. (increase in the club) Stirring passionate worship. (love) Stirring individual creativity. (skills, talents) To be the best in what we do. (to be special)

Departments in the society

-Coordinator -Facilitator -Treasurer -Welfare Officer -Technical officer/ Sound Engineer -Choir (Coordinator/Director) -Dance (Coordinator/Director) -Drama (Coordinator/Director) -Publicity, Social/PR Officer -Prayer Coordinator.

All this departments are in charge of the day to day running of the society and they will be able to meet the needs.
