"The LGBT supports, represents and brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities of Bristol University. We host diverse socials throughout the year, from meals to foam parties, coffee afternoons to city-breaks. The committee provides a point of contact for those with any problems related to their sexuality or coming out. Additonally, the new parenting scheme provides further peer support. You don't need to be "out" to be a member of the LGBT, and membership is open to everyone who is open-minded about sexuality - we strive to be approachable, inclusive, confidential and most of all, have fun!" - Annabelle, President 07/08
