We are a strong club with two teams in the Bristol and District Chess League. Although the club tends to be formed from current undergraduates we are not only open to students (and staff) and are constantly looking for new members, who will be welcomed with open arms whatever their playing strength. Membership costs £5. Our match night is Tuesday for the 07/08 season, and we usually play in the MR4 in the student's union building, but we also meet for a Sunday social on the third floor in Café Zuma, from 3 pm during term.
